After receiving the repair notice from Party A, we will send professional and technical personnel to the scene within 72 hours to deal with and troubleshoot the problem. In case of emergency, we will arrive at the scene within 48 hours to deal with the problem, so as to solve the problem in the fastest time and satisfy the owner.
▪ After the end of the warranty period, our company is responsible for lifelong paid repair and maintenance. We will promptly respond to the requirements of the owners to provide quality service.
★ Regular return visit customers:
Visit the relevant departments of the owner side 1-2 times a year to solicit opinions on the use of the floor, inspect the wood floor for quality problems, and deal with the problems in time.
★ Service commitment for large-scale events:
The owner has a large-scale sports competition activities, we select professional and technical personnel to the site responsible for technical support, to deal with the special faults of the floor in emergency situations, to assist the owner to successfully complete the sports competition activities.
★ Technical Training:
▪ Provide free technical training to the technical personnel of the owner before, during and after the installation and commissioning of wood flooring, and provide the training plan and training materials.
▪ After the installation of wood flooring, 3-4 property management personnel from the owner's side will be trained free of charge, and "Wood Flooring Daily Maintenance Manual" will be provided. The property management personnel of the owner side can master the daily maintenance knowledge of the wood floor, ensure the normal operation of the wood floor and be more skilled in eliminating general faults.
★ Daily maintenance and maintenance
The best way to protect an expensive wooden floor is to choose the right maintenance method. Before introducing how to care for the floor, we recommend that you first take some necessary protective measures: lay a large enough mat at all entrances to reduce dust entering the interior of the venue. In addition, all equipment on the wood floor should be padded with protective upholstery. Only by combining protective measures with the maintenance procedures we will provide can your sports flooring look and perform at its best for a long time.
▪ Daily maintenance and maintenance of the floor requires floor cleaners and care agents for maintenance;
▪ Under daily circumstances, we must ensure that the floor surface is clean, and it is strictly prohibited to have sand, metal sharps, broken glass and other debris on the floor;
▪ The floor does not need waxing, it is strictly prohibited to clean the floor surface with harmful chemicals, and it is strictly prohibited to throw

▪ The floor should not be soaked in water. If there is leakage, water leakage phenomenon, should immediately organize personnel to clean the water, dry the floor;
▪ Heavy objects such as equipment and instruments are strictly prohibited from dragging on the floor, and should be carried lightly.
★ Under the following circumstances, the company only provides paid maintenance services, not free maintenance:

▪ Man-made floor damage;
▪ Floor damage due to force majeure;
▪ Floor damage caused by self-disassembly and assembly;
▪ Floor damage due to improper cleaning and maintenance.
